What are the fees?

What is the turn around?
Usually 3 days, we will confirm this with you upon receipt of your case or enquiry. We also work with Attorney's
who need to file an emergency petition.

How many Bankruptcy cases does your office prepare per week?
Between 12 and 20 cases per week.

How do we pay you?
You can pay on our website after submitting your case or you can wait to receive our Google invoice via email.

When are fees due?
At the time we start your case.

How is the petition filed?
The Attorney can file the petition at the window or we can file electronically using the Attorney's ECF account.

What is the process in a nutshell?
Your office downloads the intake for the client to complete (we can also use your intake pertaining all the
required information.
We receive your intake and documentation and review for set up.
If the case is ready, we will send you a google invoice (if you have not already paid);
If information is needed, we will contact you.
We Set up the file, Complete data entry and forward to your office for review;
You office can then send back any required changes or if there is not changes, the petition can be filed our you
can contact us to file the petition.
